Jerry's Music welcomes John Hart to our family of teachers

Please find below a short bio of John

Education:

Associate in Arts Degree from Montgomery College - concentration on classical and jazz piano

piano pedagogy certificate from Montgomery College

Bachelor in Science Degree from University of Maryland in Music Education - concentration on Violin and Viola

Teaching Experience:

Instrumental music teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools since 2002. Currently Teaching at Burning Tree Elementary, Olney Elementary, and Flower Valley Elementary Schools.

Private instructor at Bullis School, Victor Litz Music, and Music and Arts Centers

Performance:

Fiddle player with the Bluegrass Image and the Room to Move Band.

Also performed with Roy Harbison, John Van Dyke and Mike Lofgren.

Solo performances featuring classical, jazz, rock and bluegrass styles.
