During the late ’50s and early ’60s, Guild small body acoustics were the definitive guitars of the folk explosion, and to this day the full, balanced sound of a Guild orchestra model is perfect for nearly any style of playing, both in live performance or recording. The GAD-30e orchestra model is inspired by the original Guild F-30 from 1954. With a 1 ¾” nut width it is ideal for fingerstyle playing, and its solid mahogany back and sides produces a perfect balance between bass, mids, and trebles, with excellent projection and articulation.
